Ten years ago I took a vision in my head and began to develop plans for a different way to reach people in need. Rather than simply hand out food or physical goods, I wanted to see changes from the inside out. Although everything is still continuing to evolve with twists and turns along the way, I'm excited for the events that have come out of this labor of love. I believe I am called to serve the community, be an example to my coworkers and help facilitate change. There are so many more possibilities for the future I am excited to continue to develop.

Strategies for an Extraordinary Life

Ultimate Power Programs began in 2006 with the desire to help create opportunities and resources for the life you want. Our vision is to inspire, encourage and empower.

Mission + Vision

July 2006 – Ultimate Power Program was developed as an outreach to help hurting people. The original concept was to market a series of classes to give people a solid plan and foundation for changing their lives for the better. As plans were developed, life took a sharp turn and the program was put on hold.

February 2010 – As dusty brochures sat in a garage and the concept of the original plan began to fade, God gave Joanna a new thought to "plan a women's conference." A committee was formed and the UP Women's Conferences were born. The first UP Conference was held in October, 2010 in Palmdale, CA.

September 2015 – Inspiration Café was launched. A monthly gathering to connect women with inspirational messages.

​October 2016 - The first Inspiration Expo for Women for Professional, Personal and Spiritual Development was held in Lancaster, CA. Over 50 vendors, several keynote speakers, and great workshops were offered.
